Workflow Design and Build
Your map gave you the plan. Each month, we design the next workflows on it and build them into your tools, so your team has systems that actually run.
Start with Strategic MappingStrategy is the easy part. Building it is where it stalls.
You know where you're headed, but turning a plan into working systems takes time your team doesn't have. Intake still lives in three inboxes. Training depends on whoever remembers. Reports get rebuilt by hand every month.
Workflow Design and Build is the work that happens after your map. We design how each process should flow, then build it inside the tools you use: your CRM, project management, client portal, forms and automations. Design and build happen together, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
We don't just recommend. We implement, test and hand over systems your team is ready to use.
Design. Build. Hand off.
We work through your map one priority at a time, so progress is steady and your team never gets buried in change.
Pick the priorities
We choose the next items from your Strategic Map together, based on what will make the biggest difference this month.
Design the workflow
We map the steps, owners, handoffs and bottlenecks, and write the SOP your team will follow.
Build it in your tools
We set up and connect the tools, from forms and trackers to automations and integrations, so there's no double entry.
Train and hand off
Your team gets a walkthrough, a recorded video and the written procedure, then we keep things current as you grow.
What we build

- Consent and paperwork collection

What changes
Workflows and tools that work together
Information moves where it needs to go without copying it twice.
Fewer errors and dropped handoffs
Every step has an owner and a checklist.
A team that can run it
Written procedures and recorded walkthroughs, not knowledge in one person's head.
Records ready for review
The proof a funder, auditor or surveyor asks for is already organized.
A monthly retainer, scoped from your map
Every organization's map is different, so the retainer is too. After your Strategic Mapping sessions, you'll get a custom proposal based on your priorities, your tools and how fast you want to move.
Workflow Design and Build is available to clients who have completed Strategic Mapping.
Start with Strategic MappingQuestions about Workflow Design and Build
Do I need a Strategic Map first?
Yes. The map tells us what to build and in what order, so your retainer goes to the work that matters most instead of guesses.
What's the difference between workflow design and tech implementation?
Design is how the work should flow: the steps, owners and procedures. Implementation is building that flow into your tools. We do both together in one retainer, so nothing falls between the plan and the setup.
Which tools do you work with?
We start with the tools you already have whenever we can. When you need something new, we recommend options that fit your size, budget and requirements, then set them up for you.
What happens if we stop the retainer?
You keep everything. Every workflow is documented and your team is trained to run it, so your systems keep working without us.
