Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Assistant to serve as a Team Lead and right-hand support for the CEO. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage various aspects of client operations, projects, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Seamlessly integrate new clients into our processes.
  • Project Management: Oversee and ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate team efforts.
  • Launch Management: Plan and execute product or service launches.
  • Tech/Funnel Setup & Management: Implement and maintain technical and funnel systems.
  • Metrics Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Systems Setup & Creation: Develop and refine operational systems.
  • SOP Creation & Updating: Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
 

Tools & Systems

  • Internal Systems: ClickUp, Notion, Slack, TuCalendi, Zoom, Learndash, DigitalAccessPass, WordPress, Canva, GSuite, BerryCast, Loom, Alido, UseQueue.
  • Client Systems: Kajabi, Kartra, WordPress, Squarespace, Zoom, Wishlist Member, Clickfunnels, ConvertKit, Acuity, Active Campaign, Thrivecart, GSuite, Asana, Teachable, Thinkific, Libsyn, Leadpages, Zapier, Dubsado, Infusionsoft, Ontraport.

Work from wherever suits you best, whether it’s your living room, by the pool, or even in bed at midnight. A weekly team meeting is required every Thursday at 10 am Eastern and daytime weekday communication is preferred.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in the online space.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible work schedule.

Compensation

  • 15-20 hours per month (3-4 hours per week).
  • $25 per hour.
